This red flier was inserted in the Hasbro Toy Fair Brochure. There were 2 versions of this. One had a space for a pin. The wording on this version is as follows. G.I.JOE 100 CLUB. Welcome to the 1993 GI Joe Toy Faif and the 100 club. By receiving and wearing this pin, you will be one of only 200 people in the world to be recognized for your commitment to the spirit that is G.I.Joe. The "100" recognizes that you have sold more than 100,000 GIJoe toys and are officially part of the G.I.Joe team. We're glad to have you abord.

In 1992 I started working on my first book. In Jan 1993 I submitted a draft to be approved. Here is a cover letter from Vinnie D'Alleva about enclosing corrections to be made. It took me overe 1000 hours of work to submitt this draft.

In April, 1993, Hasbro flew me out to Pawtuckett to undergo media training. A a couple days, they drilled and educated me on what and what not to say to the press about Hasbro and GIJoe.
