Closeup of the hand painted and first ever prototype Duke.
I dont recall exactly how this went down but at first, because Hasbro had no pictures of all angles of my head and face profile, Hasbro gave this to me with a regular Duke head and an IOU of some kind to later have a head molded in my likeness. So this head was done afterwards. Dose anyone remember the exact story?
This is how it is on display in my home. I added the things I treasure Hasbro gave to me.
The Hasbro employee GIJoe watch. Vinnie D'Alleva took off his own wrist and gave to me. He said he had to wear it so he would not forget to give it to me. He later gave me a new unworn one also.

The #000001 production figure given to me by Hasbro. I was instrumental in convincing Hasbro to do this as a convention premium for what would be my 1994 Intrepid convention. Well Hasbro stole the event from me and instead went into full production on the figures. They later gave me this numbered one #1 figure.
Solid gold dog tag given to me by Hasbro which I recall being made by Lanny and Taura Lathem.
